AI Animal Identifier Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
AI Animal Identifier provides animal photo identification, safety reminders, quick facts, and account session features. These terms explain the basic rules for using the service responsibly.
Service scope
AI Animal Identifier provides photo-based, educational guidance about likely animal names, visible identification clues, safety reminders, uncertainty, and short animal facts. It does not replace professional wildlife, veterinary, or safety advice.
Accounts
Users are responsible for activity under their account and for keeping their sign-in method secure. You agree to provide accurate information when using account or support features.
Access limits
Sign-in is required. Each account receives one free full identification per UTC day. After the free allowance and purchased credits are used, animal names and confidence remain available; detailed clues, animal-specific safety guidance, and encyclopedia cards require an available full identification. Do not bypass access controls or automate abusive uploads.
Identification credit pack
A one-time $4.99 USD purchase provides 100 full identifications with no expiry. Applicable taxes are calculated by Waffo at checkout. Daily free identifications are used before purchased credits. Failed identifications do not consume an allowance. Purchases are added only after payment confirmation; Test purchases do not provide Production credits. Contact support with payment or refund questions.
Third-party providers
The service may use third-party providers such as Supabase, Google, Modelslab, Waffo, storage providers, and analytics tools. Their terms may also apply when those services are enabled.
No handling or safety guarantee
The guidance on this site is for educational information only. Do not touch, feed, capture, or approach an animal based on a photo result. Contact local wildlife, veterinary, or medical professionals when safety is a concern.
